Firstly, if you or any of your loved ones are affected by the virus, we wish you a full and speedy recovery.
Like yourselves, we have started the journey to navigate this unpredictable and difficult path and wanted to let you know some measures we are undertaking.
We are monitoring and following all the guidance provided by the Government and World Health Organisation as it is updated, and are doing everything within our power to help keep our customers and colleagues safe at all times.
We have stopped all unnecessary visits to our location.
Until further notice we are just two, self isolating, living together, travelling together and working together.
We are a small business, able to react ‘on the day’ to anything and want to reassure you that as always, the wellbeing of our customers is our top priority.

CONTACT FREE COURIER
The couriers we use have introduced a ‘contact free courier’ experience for all items. This gives the option of no hand to hand contact and the driver can leave the delivery safely at your door. The process is essentially the same with DPD Local, DHL and Fedex.
Contact is available by phone and email. You will always be able to talk to someone and we’re here to help you however we can. Our website is always open but we also understand that you may have other things on your mind right now.
We continue to ship orders but we have the following procedures in place for all here at Cowshed Interiors.
On arrival the delivery driver is aware to step back from your door and entrance. The parcel can be left or nominated to be left in a safe place and you will not be required to use the handheld device to receipt the delivery.
We are closely monitoring the situation as it evolves and we will update you with any changes to our plans.
It’s the kindness and support that we give to each other that will help us get through these unprecedented times.
