Trade terms — please read carefully

These trade terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, our standard Delivery & Returns policy, which continues to apply to all orders including trade accounts.

• Discounts of 10–20% apply depending on order value; exclusions apply on some collections.
• Minimum first order value: £500. Top-up orders can follow.
• All trade orders are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
• Goods are not sold on approval. Items purchased at trade discount are not returnable if unsuitable.
• All deliveries are doorstep as standard unless a room-of-choice service has been agreed.
• If concerned about finishes or rustic / handmade variations, please enquire before ordering.
• All products are for residential use unless stated otherwise. Contract furniture compliance must be specified.
• Payment on a strict pro-forma basis, or orders may be placed directly via the website.
• Where goods are delivered to a nominated safe place, left with a neighbour, or handed to a third-party shipper, storage provider or handling agent (including for onward forwarding or export), our liability for loss or damage ends at that point of delivery. Any issue must be reported within 72 hours.
