Deliveries for trade customers are doorstep as standard unless otherwise specified or quoted for.

All products are intended for home and residential use unless otherwise specified.

Who we do not supply

  • Shops or independent retailers
  • Start-ups without 12+ months' trading history
  • Instagram/Facebook-only traders
  • Businesses without an operational website

We are a retailer, not a wholesaler, and work directly with wholesalers across the UK and Europe.

Trade discounts & order requirements

  • Discounts typically range from 10–20% depending on order value.
  • Discount exclusions may apply on certain collections.
  • Minimum first order value: £500.
  • Top-up orders may be placed as needed thereafter.
  • All business-to-business orders are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Deliveries are doorstep unless otherwise specified or quoted for.
  • All products are for residential use unless stated otherwise.

We operate on a strict pro-forma basis, or orders can be placed directly through the website.

Please email us or use the contact form and include at least two of the following:

  • Two current trade references
  • Professional membership or qualification
  • Company registration number and trading title
  • VAT registration number
  • Website domain

Trade returns & approval policy

Please read carefully
  • Goods are not sold “on approval”.
  • Items purchased with trade discount are not returnable if unsuitable.
  • Returns are only accepted if there is a confirmed fault or damage.
  • All trade deliveries are doorstep unless a room-of-choice service has been quoted for and agreed.
  • If concerned about finishes or rustic/handmade variations, please enquire before ordering.
  • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions at checkout (or payment of invoice) confirms acceptance of these trade terms.
  • All products are intended for home and residential use unless stated otherwise. If you require products compliant with current contract furniture regulations, please specify.
