Our promise on value
We aim to offer excellent service, a varied range of products and great value. If you find an identical item in stock at a high street location and with comparable delivery charges, please contact us directly.
We will always aim to price match — and if we can, do even better.
Special order items
What is a "Special Order"?
Any item listed as a Special Order is not held as standard stock in our warehouse. It is brought in specifically for you from central stock or sourced directly from the supplier.
- Items ordered as a one-off for a specific customer
- Items sourced on request, including any bespoke detailing or changes
- Items not stocked as part of our normal inventory
Lead times
Our quoted lead time of 2–3 weeks is a realistic timeframe for Special Order items to arrive with us and then be dispatched to you.
Amendments & cancellations
Once a Special Order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
Delivery for Special Orders
Special Orders are normally a doorstep delivery as standard. In some circumstances, we may be able to assist with delivery to a downstairs room of choice — please ask before ordering so we can confirm availability and any associated cost.
Before ordering — measure carefully
Please ensure you have measured thoroughly, considering:
- The space where the item will sit
- Doorways, hallways, tight spaces and staircases
- The route required to manoeuvre the item into place
Returning Special Orders
If you wish to return a Special Order item, please email Customer Service first. A member of the team will assist you.
A collection fee will apply and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, which covers our charges in returning the item to the supplier.
Non-refundable items
When we cannot offer a refund
We regret we are unable to offer refunds for the following:
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items not notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt
- Items with protective or covered packaging removed
- Items that have been altered, fitted (e.g. ceiling lights) or used
- Special Orders or Made to Measure items
