We are currently on a 3-4 working day (day after order) turnaround for ordered items in stock.

We can guarantee dispatch of orders up until Friday 20 December 2024 however delivery is in the hands of our courier partners.

We send DPD out on a 'next day' service but the couriers do not guarantee 'next day' delivery so please bear this in mind when ordering for Christmas.

Royal Mail & economy courier services can be up to 5 days.

We will still be dispatching orders up until 23 December 2024 and we hope these will be delivered as soon as possible after Christmas.

* PLEASE NOTE the courier network is already warning of delays and difficulties collecting and delivering parcels in all areas of the UK. We are already experiencing problems in booking parcels to certain postcodes.

The office closes on Monday 23 December 2024 and re-opens Thursday 2 January 2025.

Items declared as 'Please allow a few days for delivery' or '7-10/10-14 days delivery' our last order date is 10am on the 11 December 2024.

Any orders for such items placed after 11 December 2024 will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity on our return in January 2025.

Due to the couriers erratic service and backlog at this time of year, our next dispatch date after the New Year is expected to be 2 January 2025 for orders of items in stock.
